Windows 7 boot problems

This started about 3 months ago when I installed Kali Linux dual boot with windows, both were running fine but I installed a few Windows 7 programs for Kali Linux using Wine and I guess since the default location is c:\user\bla\bla it somehow messed up Windows and when I tried running it again it frooze on Windows is Loading files. After awhile it went to Windows Startup Repair automatically and when I tried to fix it using Startup Repair I messed it up even more and now it just boots to this screen:

One user recommended to use Paragon Rescue Kit but I can't since I have only OS X computers and I can't download the Windows version for OS X, I do have a Windows 8 laptop but has no disc tray so I need a USB Rescue Kit for Windows not a CD one.

About a 5 days ago I downloaded AVG Rescue Kit and ran it fine so this is pretty much where I am, I will upload a photo of all my partitions using AVG Rescue Kit TestDisk and as you can see there is one that is called "HPFS - NTFS (NUMBERS) [OS]" So I guess this one is where my Windows 7 files are but I don't know how to get it running normally, other than that both Linux partitions are the both Operating Systems I downloaded before. If you need any more info please tell me!
