Windows 7 - 32 bit Desktop
I set the recycle bin to a maximum of 5GB (meaning when I place a file/video etc into the bin over 5 GB the recycler would delete it immediated giving me more HDD space), however when I delete a file these days it keeps filling up the recycle bin and refuses to delete anything on its own, which means I have to empty the recycle bin manually. My hard drive space went down to 3% until I realized the recycler was no longer deleting files. This is a new issue for this machine and I haven't made any changes to the system, non whatsoever. Some help would be appreciated guys.
