I've been experiencing an issue with the graphics on my computer. It runs Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1. All recommended updates have been installed, and relevant drivers are the most current. I see the graphics do things like the picture below. I haven't been able to figure out what is causing it, but here are some of the specifics. It happens more often when multiple programs are running. When it happens, it will affect a single program (Outlook, Word, Chrome, Internet Explorer, the Desktop to name some that it has happened to.) All of the other programs will be fine. Sometimes closing and reopening the program will fix it. Sometimes it does not. I'm stuck,
