Well, I finally accepted the inevitable and am switching to Win 7 from XP. Sigh. I'm running Win 7 Pro on a Dell E5410, but with Classic Shell installed to ease the pain of transition. A slight query, if I may - possibly the first of many.
With explorer running, under the Libraries directory, I have two folders: - Documents and Pictures. Documents is shown as having a subdirectory, MyDocuments. All my expected files are listed in the Documents folder, although the MyDocuments subfolder is not shown. However, when opening the MyDocuments subfolder from the explorer listing, all the same files are shown. Is the Documents folder a duplication of the MyDocuments subfolder? Is it possible to merge Documents and MyDocuments folders?
I hope this is clearly explained [head in hands].
