hi my mum has a windows 7 hp desktop and was having password issues couldnt log on with her password then she gotta black screen resolved this and now she can log on to the pc but has no internet connection says limited connection talked her through setting up a new one but didnt work im going over there sunday does anyone have any ideas what the issue could be and how to solve it im having similar issues on my laptop where I can't change the administrator setting's
