Windows 7 with 2 NICs

Hey guys,

Hopefully I'm in the correct section, I have two different ISPs, one PC and two NICs. Ideally what I would like to do is install the two NICs in the PC, connect two cables to the NICs and have 90% up time, eg: if one ISP goes down, it will still be online due to the other NIC installed connected to the other ISP.

Is this possible and do I have to do anything special to get this working?
