My Hp G61-631NR window 7 crash after window did a update when I turn it on it said that window file were missing. I allow it to fix the files. Then it window was not install so I try to do the system restore program to set back to before window did the update. The system restore was not successful because files were missing so what I'm trying to do now is just back up files using a external hard drive. I have went into recovery manager went to back up files program I click on the files I want to be back up. It said scanning the file backup wizard is creating a list of files to back up once it finish it said not enough space erase some files the external hard drive show but it will not allow me to click on the external drive and click next so the files can be back up on the drive. I don't know why it won't allow to use the external hard drive from beginning I have the drive plug in I don't want to erase all my files I know I'm going to have to restore to faulty date but before I do that I want my back up on the drive.
