For some reason i can not access the "settings" in java to delete the temp files or clear the cache.Whe i depress the "settings" button under the general tab,nothing happens.I know a window is suppose to pop up when i depress this button to clear the java cache.I tried uninstalling and reinstalling java several times but still to no avail.I know i have downloaded the right version for my 32 bit browser.It is also the latest version.I feel as though something may be corrupt even though i have reinstalled it.Every thing else works in the java console but this one button.The java site itself confirms that it is downloaded and working right and that there is no other version on my computer.Is there another way to get to the java temp files? If so,could someone tell me where they are located? thankyou
