I saw a similar post to my issue but I cannot get passed the launch recovery start up repair page.
I'm greeted with a "Widows Error Recovery" screen. My two options are "Launch Startup Repair (recommended)" and "Start Windows Normally". Selecting the startup repair option simply brings up the same exact screen, and starting normally restarts the laptop after going to the loading screen for a few minutes. Here's more of what the screen says:
Windows Error Recovery
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
If Windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly, Startup Repair can help diagnose and fix the problem. If power was interrupted during startup, choose Start Windows Normally.

I've created a recovery disc and tried F2, 8, 9 11...everything but cannot get out of this loop back to this screen.
