I've been trying to install windows 7 on my laptop for a while now. The problem is that I cannot install windows on an unallocated disk space nor I can create a new partition disk. Currently I have no partitions available: only unallocated disk space. Please take a look below at some pictures I have taken from my screen.
Here is what it shows at the beginning.

Here it shows what happens if I click (show details)

I've tried to install it both with a Windows 7 DVD and USB drive. The .iso file was burned correctly and was downloaded from Microsoft website. I have also tried some of my old Windows 7 DVDs that worked before, and with every booting attempt it shows the same problem.
If I click advanced options during installations it will only allow me to choose an option "new", which is meant to create a new partition. And that option, if chosen, will show an error (see picture above). Nothing else is available: no formatting or stuff like that.
I have successfully formatted the hard drive using command prompt - diskpart with "clean" command and just for that sake of it I also did "clean all". Please don't ask me to do that again.
Also I have attempted to install some drivers with my USB, I thought maybe that would work. I've downloaded SATA drivers from Sony website and chipset drivers from AMD website. For some reason drivers were not found on the USB drive. The files were .exe and I am not sure if it was a correct AMD drive. It is very hard to find chipset drivers for AMD Athlon II processor, or at least I wasn't successful at finding them, even at their website.
My bios options are very limited. I have no SATA or AHCI configurations. I've tried enabling and disabling everything possible and tried every option in boot priority. Now I am back to default configurations.
Here are all the pages that can be seen in the bios menu.

The laptop was running OK for 3 years. But I almost never had an anti-virus program installed and I could tell that the laptop was slowing and glitching because of the malware infections. So I've decided to re-install windows. My first re-install with a booting DVD was made automatically by the system itself, I didn't even had to choose were to install or do any partitioning. But, unfortunately after all driver updated that took hours to perform the system just crashed on me. I couldn't even start windows in safe mode (can't remember exactly what happened or any error codes). Anyways I've decided to format hard disk myself and do installation the old way, probably that wasn't a good idea. :) Now I am stuck with this problem that I cannot fix. I assume that it can be a broken hard disk, but I don't hear any strange noises when I start the laptop.
My laptop model is SONY VAIO VPCEE31FX that came with WIndows 7 64-bit home premium.
