My current computer setup:
Hard Drive 1 C:\ : SSD, OS only, and a couple games.
Hard Drive 2 D:\ : Applications, Temp Folder (Windows Temp Folder), System Folders (My Documents, My <x> folder, etc).
Hard Drive 3 E:\ : Media (Everything else).
Hard drive #2 is getting a bit older. I already had one drive crash, and it was a newer drive than even HD2. I was wanting to move all my apps, to a brand new drive (Hard Drive 4), and make it the D:\ Drive again. That way, I didn't have to uninstall all my applications, and then reinstall them all, and set them all up again.
I figured I can just copy over everything and I should be fine? The steps I would take:
Am I missing a step? Or is there an easier way? I just want to replace Hard Drive 2 with a new Hard Drive without reinstalling everything. Thanks in advance.

I figured I can just copy over everything and I should be fine? The steps I would take:
- Install Hard Drive 4 (F:\)
- Copy All the Apps to the Hard Drive 4, Keep same File Structure
- Change Temp Folder to E:\
- Change System Folders (My Docs, etc) to E:\
- Reboot
- Turn Off Computer
- Take out Hard Drive 2, and move Hard Drive 4 into same spot as Hard Drive 2
- Turn On Computer
- Disk Management -> Change Hard Drive 4 into D:\ Drive
- Change Temp and System Folders back to D:\ (Hard Drive 4)
- Reboot
