I have an Hp Envy m6......I accidentally let the battery go dead in the middle of an update, now it will turn on but it gets to the starting windows screen and just hangs there....Best buy wanted $150 to recover my data and do a factory reset which I really don't have the money for but I need my laptop and my data desperately........can anyone help me......the computer won't turn on for access to anything so what are my options? ????.
