Windows Update Error - Code 80246005

I have just had my laptop fixed after months of inactivity. I am currently unable to connect to the internet due to the Update error. I have tried the "Command Promp" method of using the catroot, to no success. I have also tried the "services.msc" method, again no success.


Can anyone please offer a solution?
