Windows 7 Ultimate will not fully load after power failure and software problem

Hi, my desktop PC is a Pentium 4, 340ghz, hyper threading, with 2gigs of ram and 320 gig hard drive as well as a secondary hard drive of 160 gigs with a 75 gig partition running xp pro After a power failure we had last week, I restarted my computer and it loaded just fine but suddenly a software program that i have installed called 'rollback' flashed a message to rollback my computer to an earlier date, i just closed it to continue doing whatever i was doing but every 3 min or so the message would reappear so i read it. It said that i had 10 mega bites of space left on my hard drive, which was not true as i had cleaned it out only a few days earlier. But to try to fix the annoying crazy message i quickly moved anything i could to my external HDD making an additional 16gigs available... but it continued to flash 10 mega bites, so i tried to rollback to an earlier time but it just said there was not enough space to do this. So i thought maybe i need to do a virus scan so i did and i came up with nothing, the whole time this 'rollback' program is flash at me to rollback windows to an earlier date, so then i thought maybe i need to re boot and it will clear up this issue... Not so, a new message at boot up appeared saying ....wait a moment.... then after a minute or so it would go into the boot up mode window of starting normally or in safe mode, so i chose safe mode with networking and so windows begin to load all the system drivers and just as it was about to open in safe mode it shuts down and reboots into this cycle of rebooting and shutting down, so i disabled the auto restart upon failure to boot and tried to boot into windows normally. The same thing happened, all the appropriate windows and drivers loaded and the screen with the windows logo would load and then suddenly the whole thing crashes again. I hope my computer is not fried... thank you in advance, if anyone can help me. Dawnah
