Looking for some help for my computer bogging down due to rising physical memory usage. This problem has been happening for a couple of weeks. I've had multiple ideas of what the problem could be and have taken some actions that may or may not have helped.
Typically this is happening when I have multiple programs running, such as Outlook, Google Chrome, MS Word, and MS Excel. The physical memory gets up to 85%-95% and is super slow until I close down most programs. Sometimes I reboot. Eventually the physical memory will climb again.
These are actions I have taken or ideas I have had of the problem:
-Ran Junkware Removal Tool
-Ran ADW Cleaner
-Ran Malware bytes
-Ran defragmenter
-Kaspersky AntiVirus 2013 was installed on 5/20. Thought that was the problem based on KAV forum info. Didn't have problem with 2012. I just uninstalled KAV 2013. Thought that helped but problem came back.
-Noticed that searchindexer.exe is taking up a lot of the memory. Not sure if I should make changes there.
-106 processes running. I know that is probably too high. But not sure which ones I can eliminate.
Below is computer info. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
