My teenage daughter is using Windows 7 on HP 2000 Notebook PC, and she keeps crashing--getting the "blue screen of death." She was in Google Chrome when it first occurred. She was able to do a system restore to an earlier time, but then crashed again, and has started in safe mode. What should she do to get to the bottom of her "blue screen issues," before she crashes again. Will try to get error code, and driver failure info if she crashes again.
