i cannot use the utility since i am now on a Linux laptop do to the fact that my Win 7 will not complete loading up after I installed a few updates.
Boot up is no problem but there is an issue after " Starting Windows " begins. It stays at " Starting Windows." I tried my repair disk, but it loads exactly the same as the o/s and will not go any further. i also tried using the install disk and it also freezes at " starting Windows."
I've never had this problem with Windows before and it has me stumped.
Does anyone have any idea's? Help would be greatfull since I use that laptop for work.
