Windows 7 startup failed loop

I woke my Gateway pc yesterday and the hdmi lcd screen was white and snowy. I switched to an old vga monitor that I had and it worked so I figured that I needed a new monitor. I connected the lcd to a raspberry pi to test it and it worked also. So I switched the lcd back to my GW desktop. The monitor worked but the pc would not start and suggested repair. I ran the startup repair but it could not complete the repair.
