Headphones probelm with windows 7?

Hi please read this:

Ok im new i don't know if this is right thread to post but...

Ok the sound on my computer works perfectly,but suddently when i put my headphones,videos on youtube don't work,my music files that are on computer doesn't work too,it says "Error" and then crashes,even with my new headphones!

Is there a solution for this?Without deleting any hardware things or getting it to a technician :c

Edit:Even whe i remove them videos still don't work
