I attempted to do my Windows Updates and upon start up none of my usb ports seem to be recognizing a mouse or keyboard (I've tried several different devices). I would just do a system restore but unfortunately, without any input device, I can't get past the login screen and into windows.
The keyboard is recognized when I boot up so I can access bios settings and startup options but as soon as it gets to the Windows starting screen the lights on the keyboard all shut off and the mouse and keyboard become unresponsive.
I've attempted loading into Safe Mode and have the same problem at the login screen. Any advice?
