I read the rather snippy answer given to someone wanting help recovering an adm password. I would like information as to what caused my password to stop working. When I turned on my computer after an Microsoft upgrade, it would not longer recognize my password. The only other new thing that I have done is to download DropBox two or three days ago and also set it up on my laptop and phone more recently. I am assuming that if I knew the cause of this disfunction, I might be able to figure out how to recover from it.
