sendto compressed file not linked

i run win7.
recently, when i right click sendto to select compressed zip option, it is not there.
i have done a lot of checking on internet and tried a few things but nothing works.
i checked in the sendto folder and even tho the compressed zip file shows in list, just cannot get it linked to the sendto folder.

i am sure it is something very simple...i just cannot figure it out.
can anyone help?
