Windows 7 startup

Hi, hope i can get some help. Tried to start up my laptop and the dreaded blue screen appeared.
Things i have tried:-
Start-up repair.... Gets so far then says it cant complete repair
Root cause found
Unknown Bugcheck: Bugcheck f4. Parameters=0x3, 0x8a57e798, 0x8a57e904, 0x83a6deb0.
Repair action: System files integrity check and repair
Result: Failed. Error code =0x3

Next i tried to start to start sfc from command prompt and get the message:-
There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart windows and run sfc again.
I have tried to reboot and complete repair but just keep going round in circles.

Last thing i have tried is system restore, but after trying every restore point available i keep getting the message:-
System restore failed while deleting following file/directory path: C:\$Extend\$RmMetadata\$Txf\0000000000033ACO\Package_for_KB979306~31bf3

I'm now stuck as my computer skills are limited.
My laptop is Acer Aspire 8935G
I don't have a windows start-up disk as it was already installed when i brought the laptop.

Any advice or help would be most welcome.
