I can't shutdown my pc, yesterday I put TORCH webbrowser on and today my antivirus program is gone, malwarebytes can't do anything it keeps saying something about administrator. I only have 2 options to lock or switch user I think. Then I went to Control Panel uninstalled Torch and computer went crazy. When I went into downloads and clicked on Microsoft Fix It the cursor has a flickering circle beside it and I can't close that window. Tried to shred with my AVG the torch files I found when I typed at search. There is no Torch file in program files. About the only thing I can do is a cold shutdown with the power button. Can't access anything at all when I press the start button such as the Control Panel, Task Manager all you can hear is a chime.
