I have a Navman MY350LMT GPS unit. I have been trying to download the latest map updates, but have been unsuccessful. There are no error messages, the unit is recognised by the system, but for some reason Navdesk doesn't communicate with it. Contact with Navman help desk has proved useless other than the suggestion that I try another computer. I am running Norton 360 as system security etc, and have turned that off while trying the download, but to no avail. I have downloaded updates in the past with no problem, and nothing I can think of has changed. Any suggestions for this numbskull from down under?? :(
