I first noticed that on youtube,a video will start and run between 10 and 15 seconds and stop. Some videos before starting would say it needs to have adobe flash player to run. I reinstalled adobe but still no go. When I was installing adobe flash it would appear to stop downloading and I would have to "stop" and then restart it manually. This seems to be saying that downloads are stopping just like videos on youtube does.
I was using internet explorer 7, but decided I would try Mozilla Firefox and I get the same problem. Norton antivirus says there are no virus or malware on my computer. This just started within the last couple of days . Seems like I remember everything being ok on Wednesday May 22, 2013.
Anyone have such a problem or know a fix for this?
