Hello,
Over the past couple of months, I have been getting a "Kernel Data Inpage Error" every other day. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium Edition on a 2-year-old Asus N53SN laptop. The issue really started when I upgraded the RAM to 16GB (from the pre-installed 4GB). I have since returned the RAM and reinstalled the original RAM, but I am still getting the error. I believe the error code is 0x0000007A and the file is msrpc.sys. I have already run chkdsk c: /f /r, malwarebytes, spybot, and superantispyware, with minor finds. I have also "cleaned up" my PC as best I could (defrag, startup files, etc). Please advise.
