MEMORY_MANAGEMENT was solved, now back with others

First of all hello everybody.

About 4 months ago, I started getting some memory-related BSODs like MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and BAD_POOL_HEADER. My dad sent my PC to an idiot and when the PC came back, it was in a lot worse condition. I ran memtest and found out its a problem with the RAM. (I had 2 2gb rams, total 4gb.) I removed a ram chip and the memtest said my PC was ok. I kept running the memtest just to be sure, and it seemed that it was over.

Month ago, it came back. MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, BAD_POOL_CALLER, IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL, even unnamed codes like 0x0000007f (I assume thats kernel?). Please help me, the memtest says its bad, although a month ago everything was fine.Sorry for the incovenience, I cant even bootup to my PC! I always get a BSOd in the way!

am postong from a friends mobile, so please excuse any typos. Thanks.

(Was) using a Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit (x86) Service Pack 1 if I can recall correctly.
