I can't find any help with this anywhere

To be absolutely clear on what it is i'm needing help with, I have included images of of my bios and as well as outcomes of the bios options (They are SFW). This is somewhat of a "Floppy Disk Fail (40)" kind of thing, but with a mind bending twist.

Here is my BIOS: Phoenix - Award

I know that this isn't a RAM error because as you can see, it detects all 8GB of it.

Here is the boot priority (I changed the 3rd boot from "USB-FDD" to disabled to see if it'd help... It didn't make any difference)

Here are the IDE/SATA Configs which show how many hard drives/CD drives are plugged in.

Here's the setting with the Drive A enabled.

Ok so I know that to fix this simple problem, all I need to do is disable the Drive A, to NONE. Fixed right?

Not quite. Because now I get 2 beeps, followed by this string of text at the top.

I've checked what the 2 beeps could mean on both Phoenix as well as Award, and All they are saying is it's some kind of memory error. The video card was brand new and shipped from Dell, and i've tested it on my own rig, so i know that's not an issue. The HDD's cannot have been damaged in any way because i was playing chess after upgrading from Vista to W7 for an hour and everything was working fine.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
