Windows 7 Startup Error

I recently finished building my first computer, but I seem to have run into a problem. About 75% of the time I shutdown or restart my computer, I get a message saying that the system failed to properly shutdown when I turn it back on; giving me the option of running a system repair or start up normally. I've run the system repair multiple times, but it doesn't find anything, and when it finishes, my computer goes to my login screen and seems to work just fine.

This issue didn't really bother me until yesterday when I was downloading League of Legends, and upon a scheduled restart, the computer gave me a similar error message, but this time gave me the option of starting up normally or entering safe mode. I choose to start normally and then my computer blue screened. It didn't last long enough for me to catch what it said, but when I turned my computer back on, it gave me the old error message. I ran the system repair again and still didn't find anything and afterwards my computer went to my login screen, and again, seemed to work normally.

So I guess what I'm wondering is this; is the something I should be concerned about? What is it that's giving me the error message? Is it something I can fix? Any help is greatly appreciated.
