Internet Videos/Webpages Not Loading or Loading Slowly

Hey guys, for the past 2 days everything I have loaded ranging from Youtube Videos/ Normal Google webpages/ buffering twitch streams has being going really slow or just not loaded at all, before these 2 days everything would load pretty fast and I would not see any problems whatsoever. If i searched for something on Google now and clicked on a link I would most likely see a blank white screen forever more until I clicked refresh to see it load instantly, sometimes if I left it it would come up saying 'This Webpage is not available'. Furthermore with YouTube videos I cannot buffer videos as quick as I once could, It would either come up with a black screen or crash 1/10 of the way through the video, also for Twitch.tv I can barely even watch streams now as It will just be a grey screen with 'loading video' at the bottum just for it to come up and say 'failed to load video', dont get me wrong, sometimes I will be able to perfectly load a video on YouTube/twitch but for these last 2 days that is a rarity. I have noticed that it is sometimes to do with what I have previously clicked on, for example if I clicked on a youtube video/webpage before It will load fine, sometimes not but you get the draft (I know this is to do with cookies but before these 2 days I didn't have any problems loading webpages or buffering YouTube videos on 720p, now I would start on 360p and if I changed that to 720p it will probably not buffer fast enough)

In short I just keep getting alot of white blank pages when searching on google/ switching pages and I cannot load youtube videos due to a black screen/ also cant load twitch videos due to a grey screen, for the most part anyways.

I have tried clearing cookies/cache etc. I have also ran a full malwarebytes/ security essentials scan of which malwarebytes found 9 malware that is now removed and MSE found nothing. Also I have checked speedtest.net for my Internet speed and everything is perfectly fine, I don't know if this definitely means my internet is running the payed for speed. I have allowed Google Chrome (my Browser) through my firewall and also tried Internet Explorer which is exactly the same as Chrome. Lastly I have looked all of Google for solutions but I just cannot find anything useful, Please help, I am stuck on options and would greatly appreciate any help. Sorry if this seems a little bit hard to understand but If you need to ask me something I will quickly respond.

Cheers :)

EDIT: I have noticed that after multiple times of refreshing the page on twitch (like I have to on other webpages) and then leaving it for a minute or so the stream will load, the thing is I can keep the video on high quality and it wont stutter at all, compared to on YouTube where 720p and stuff will crash unless its on 360p once I get the video on.
