Solved: IE10 On Win 7 will not reinstall

I was using IE10 on win 7 64. I uninstalled IE10 to reinstall it because the page back button had stopped working.

Now it will not reinstall IE10.

Does anyone know what to do to get it to reinstall?

Before I posted this message, I downloaded IE10 three times and it would not install. I checked windows update and none were available.

After I posted this, the windows update icon appeared and showed two updates. One was IE10.
It downloaded and installed. Don't know yet if the back button will work correctly.
