Windows showing up on the wrong Monitor

I have an office with dual monitors, when they try to print something, the dialog box for the printer shows up on the 2nd monitor, we really want to have it show up on the Primary monitor. I have tried to drag it over and close it, or try to click print on the primary monitor. No matter what I have tried it keeps showing up on the 2nd monitor. I am just curious if anyone has any ideas as to how to get it over to the primary monitor and make it show up there all the time.
