Unsure of computer specs; I know that is a an HP computer.
This is my dad's computer, and he said that while he was watching "videos", the desktop PC popped up a BSOD of the Page_Fault_in_non_paged_area error type. After waiting several minutes to re-power the PC, the computer does not load anything, and the desktop emits out a loud and non-stop "whirring" noise. I decided to check the Ram one by one, and they all (individually and collectively) load up past the screen with F11,etc command options, but go no further when the screen becomes black (with a blinking underscore in the top left and an off-centered orange block). I've attached a picture of this.
