PC won't boot

I recently ran DBAN on my laptop, and now it won't boot at all. I can still get into theboot menu I think, and I see the flashdrive as a device it can boot from. It just won't boot. What do I do to get the pc to boot again? Thanks in advance for the help.

I managed to get the pc to boot, however now it isn't recognizing its own hard drive. It doesn't show up in the BIOS at all. Everything should be connected just fine since I never unplugged anything and it saw the hard drive before I ran DBAN.
