I use Internet Explorer & about a couple of weeks I had some thing take over my computer & not remembering much about a computer I went to systems restore thinking that it would go back to when I bought the computer but it did not. all that I can see that done was removed my favorites file & now won't let me save any thing to favorites.
I know that if must be in my hard drive some where. Can anyone tell me how to restore my favorites as I had quiet a lot on it.
I don't remember the name of the program that took over my computer but my grand daughter come by & fot rid if it & got me back to where my hot mail come up when I go on line.
I use to have a program that I bought called GO BACK which would let me go back in time for a month or so & the next computer I bought had a similar program built in & I guess I threw it away. I know it would not do me any good at this point but
at least I could find out where I got it.
