Small Time of day panel w/Temp.

Hello all,
Recently after having a virus issue with our home pc and after the clean-up, I seem to have lost the nice little "Time of day/weather panel" that we used to have on our desktop and kept it in the upper right hand corner of the monitor.

I really liked this as it had a picture of the sun if it was daytime and a moon at night. it was very concise and neat. Can anyone help me find this again so I can re-load it onto my screen?
I am not sure if it was originally with the Windows 7 software or not.
