Solved: Lost the sound

I used to have sound. I didn't make any changes in my system but now have no sound. I followed all the steps in Microsoft Windows support to find and correct the problem. It tells me nothing is wrong and Realtek High Def Audio is working but it is not. Any advice. I am somewhat of a novice. I've included info below. Thanks!
