Hey there, I've been doing pretty extensive researching of this issue, and cannot find a similar situation's solution that has fixed my error, so here we go.
Just yesterday installed fresh copy of Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, and have been experiencing an error intermittently. When I right click on any of my drives in My Computer, Explorer.exe crashes and restarts.
I have attempted the common fix of using ShellExView to disable different context menus, but the problem is that at some point during the process the error goes away, regardless of what I have enabled/disabled (the problem stays away even if I re-enable whatever I've disabled, which is how I know what I am doing is not solving the issue). After a reboot, it commonly starts happening again.
I re-installed windows again, and have been experiencing the same issue.
Any ideas?
