I've copied jpg files from my camera to the 'pictures' directory. The JPG's all copy over, and then within the directory that I copied them to the directory starts filling up with sub-directories with the same files names plus the extension JPG.files. Each of the sub-directories has two jpg files in it that are both two different sizes but the same picture.
I deleted all the duplicate directories, closed the original directory and opened it back up again and all the sub-directories duplicated once again....all on their own. Is there a setting in windows that is causing these directories to be automatically created? I've attached a section of the directory so you can see how it looks.
THANKS
