This problem is driving me up the wall. I just bought a HP Deskjet 1000 J110. For some reason it is not printing the document or printing with top line not printing. I ran the HP scan and am told there is no problem. HS. I have Googled until I am blue in the face and can't find a fix. The printer does print Ok if I am not trying to print checking selection.I really don't expect to get a response unless by chance someone is using this model printer.
