I have been unable to access my MS outlook hotmail account on ms outlook for two days.
I tried accessing it via firefox and also via IE but no joy.
I cleared the cache
I can access it on my android phone, but I don't want to be answering emails on my phone with its tiny keyboard.
Also, co-incidentally I noticed a file on my desktop, called 'desktop.ini' which was not there before.
I opened the file and it says
Can someone help me find out what is going on, and how I can access my emails because I need to reply to some.
