I'm running Windows 7 on a 3-year old HP machine but haven't been able to install Windows updates for several months now.
I ran the check recommended here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/w...indows-updates and started to install updates.
Half way through the process I briefly saw the blue page explaining that I have a Kernel Inpage Damage Error.
So I tried to run chkdsk /r as recommended at http://forums.techguy.org/windows-7/...age-error.html
However, when I tried running this I got the following message:
Thanks
