Lost folders of pictures

On Jul 18, 2013, while working with my pictures, I decided to delete a sub-folder named Pictures that had all the same pictures as the main folder it was in. Different sets of pictures were also in folders within each folder. I had not put them on flash drives or DVD's yet. I first dragged the sub-folder to my desktop and closed the picture file altogether. Then I tried to delete it but the message said it could not be sent to the Recycle din because of large files within. I had my finger on the yes button to delete it and I pressed it without thinking. When I opened my pictures, all the pictures were gone from the My Pictures, pictures, Jean, Documents and even Picasa 3, including my PPS, music, some Mvw. I was horrified at what I had done. I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit. I tried to Restore My Computer to the 16th, and later to the 10th and all it did was show me some, but not all, of the empty folders but no pictures. I tried one Recovery program and it looked as though it gave me everything that had ever been deleted from the system and they were all scrambled when I ask for something like JPG, it gave me back dates that I'm sure I have on flash drives. and it gave me all 1, 1, 1, 2,2,2's and so on from the different things in the folders. Is there any way I can retrieve a list of everything I deleted on that one specific day of Jul 18 and not pic up ever deleted file on the hard drive?? This would help so much as my time is limited.
