Not running genuine windows?

I have begun to receive a message that states that I am not running genuine windows product. I am assuming this is referring to a pirated or bootlegged product (if that's possible). Anybody have an idea as to why I am receiving this message? My OS software is Genuine, I have the disk, serials etc. and registered when I installed it over a year ago. I have run Malware bytes and my spyware programs and come up clean, Microsoft Security Essentials runs always and is showing nothing. How can I resolve this? Hmmm....my little green castle has a check mark on it, and the MSE page states that my "PC is being monitored and protected" Why does the Sysinfo log say my MSE is disabled?
Now I'm confused and frightened. .....help??
