Not running genuine windows?

I have begun to receive a message that states that I am not running genuine windows product. I am assuming this is referring to a pirated or bootlegged product (if that's possible). Anybody have an idea as to why I am receiving this message? My OS software is Genuine, I have the disk, serials etc. and registered when I installed it over a year ago. I have run Malware bytes and my spyware programs and come up clean, Microsoft Security Essentials runs always and is showing nothing. How can I resolve this? Thanks in advance for all you guys do and have done. You are the best of the best!! Running Windows 7 64bit
