blue screen of death

I have a custom build computer that giving me the blue screen of death 5 min after I turned the computer on,i just paid some moron 150.00 to fix this issue but still happening.I had purchased all new parts for this computer just about.new hard drive mother board and memory cpu. new keyboard and mouse as well
am using my old graphics card which worked fine on my old computer with no issues.
