Solved: Services?

Hi,

I have 2 Microsoft .NET Framework services, 1. NGEN v2.0.50727_X86 which is is disabled & won't start & the 2nd NGEN v4.0.30319_X86 running on Automatic delayed start.

When I try to enable the 1st one get the error shown in the screen shot.

How should these be configured, am using W7 Pro 32bit.
