Service Pack 1 for Exp 11

I have win 7 home ed. using explorer 8 I just re formatted my HD and was trying to upgrade to exp 11,
It says I need SP1 I did all the downloads and it says I have the service pack as required, well when I try to download exp 11 it says I need the service pack, it can't find it on my computer.
What's up ?? Thanks
