Still trouble with Seagate Dashboard external drive

I had a new desktop PC in August this year. Prior to that Seagate was connected to my laptop and working well, quietly in the background. However, I've now found that on the new PC it isn't backing up my files. I've set it to back up continuously but when I check on my work find that it's still 3 months out of date and has not done anything. I can see the back up is running so why aren't my personal files being backed up despite being checked on the list?

This is so annoying as I now have to resort to a memory stick and do it all manually. Can anyone give me a simple solution please?
