Explorer crashes when right clicking

Windows and the like are really out of my comfort zone, so wondering if anyone can give me any ideas.

For some time now I have been having problems where Explorer 'stops' whenever I right click anything. I let it search for a solution and it never comes up with anything, it always restarts without a problem.

I have no other problems that I am aware of, just this one.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit fully updated
1st Gen Core i5 650 running at 3.2GHz
8Gb RAM
NVidia GTX 570
OCZ Game X Stream 850w PSU

I periodically use Malwarebytes Free version, have just updated it and ran a full scan and it found nothing.

Any thoughts, ideas or additional info please let me know.

Edit: Sorry, should have said Windows Explorer is what is crashing.
